Senior Management Consultant

David is the Senior Management Consultant at Kaxton Research. He has extensive background in economic policy, project management, and public administration. With over three decades of professional experience in various capacities within the Ministry of Finance in Ghana, David’s expertise spans across economic policy management, non-tax revenue mobilisation, and international cooperation.

David holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration (Policy Analysis) and an MPhil in the same field from Walden University, Minneapolis, USA. He also earned a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography & Resource Development from the University of Ghana. His continuous professional development is evidenced by numerous certifications in conflict management, management capacity development, and project appraisal, among others.

David’s notable achievements include leading negotiations for several high-profile infrastructure projects, developing and implementing technical cooperation policies, and successfully mobilising non-tax revenues. His ability to self-teach complex systems and databases, such as the United Nations Development Cooperation Analysis System (UN-DCAS), demonstrates his technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors – Ghana, underscoring his commitment to upholding high standards of governance and leadership in his professional undertakings.
